During this hands-on class, you learn how to make by hand your own buttery croissants! The smell and taste of a true butter croissant is very special.
Frédéric our French pastrychef with many years of experience will guide you through all the different techniques of making croissants including kneading, rolling and folding the dough. We will make 3 different kinds of croissants.
We will have a break with coffee/tea and enjoy our homemade croissants.
Try a few of your croissants and bring the rest of them home to share with your family.
You will also get some dough home that you can freeze and bake at home.

Croissant dough requires a lot of time, therefore we will be doing the prep work for certain stages to ensure that you’ll be able to enjoy your viennoiseries at the end of the course. You’ll still work these stages during the course.
