HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS?

Prices are calculated for a minimum of 10 participants. That means if you’re less than 10, you’re still paying for 10.
Please check at each offer for the maximum number of participants.
I recommend that children are at least 11 years old to participate.

WHAT SHALL WE BAKE?

Macaron class – 2.5 hours.

Duration is 2.5 – 3 hours
Price 448 DKK excl. VAT per participant and for a minimum of 10 people.
Maximum participants are 16 people.
Participants work 2 and 2 and make macaron dough from scratch. Ganache is made in advance.
Each participant makes about 20 macarons.

Macaron class – 3.5 hours.

Duration is 3.5 – 4 hours
Price 560 DKK excl. VAT per participant and for a minimum of 10 people.
Maximum participants are 16 people.
The participants work 2 and 2 and make macaron dough and ganache from scratch.
Each participant makes about 40 macarons.

Croissant class

Duration is 3.5 – 4 hours
Price 560 DKK excl. VAT per participant and for a minimum of 10 people.
Maximum participants are 12 people.
Participants work 2 and 2 and each participant makes about 10 croissants.

Danish pastry class

Duration is 3.5 – 4 hours
Price 560 DKK excl. VAT per participant and for a minimum of 10 people.
Maximum participants are 16 people.
The participants work 2 and 2 and each participant makes 12 pieces of Danish pastries.

Chocolate class – 2.5 hours.

Duration is 2.5 – 3 hours
Price 448 DKK excl. VAT per participant and for a minimum of 10 people.
Maximum participants are 16 people.
Participants work 2 and 2 and we focus on tempering chocolate and making some simple chocolates.
You make one kind of stuffed chocolate in a chocolate mould and 3 classic French chocolates.
You will temper dark and milk chocolate with 2 different methods.
This class is perfect if you want to have a good time and learn how to temper chocolate.

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can choose whether the class shall be in Danish or English.
The classes take place in my kitchen at Grundtvigsvej 10A in Frederiksberg.
The price includes all ingredients.

You are welcome to bring your own apron, alternatively a disposable apron is provided.

ADDITIONAL PURCHASE

The event can be upgraded with the purchase of Cremant or champagne as a welcome drink.

PAYMENT
